Belinda Lee is an artist living and working in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her BFA in Painting and Printmaking from Washington University in St. Louis and her MFA in Painting from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Belinda has shown extensively locally and throughout the United States. Her paintings are in the collections of the St. Louis Art Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Religious Art at St. Louis University and many private collections. She taught drawing, design and painting for 17 years in the College of Art in the Sam Fox School at Washington University. For five of those years she oversaw the Study Abroad Program for Art and Architecture in Florence, Italy. She has participated in artist residencies at the Burren College of Art, Ballyvaughan, Ireland, Anderson Ranch Art Center in Snowmass, Colorado and the Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, Vermont. She has collaborated with the Fashion Designer Todd Thomas designing fabric for a collection of his designs. Belinda now devotes herself full time to drawing and painting. She has been featured twice in the Midwest Edition of New American Paintings.
